+ Do I have to carry everything on the manditory kit list?

You absolutely do! The mountains are unpredictable and the weather can change fast. We preform rigorous kit checks at registration and at random checkpoints on the event itself. We reserve the right to pull you from an event if you're not carrying all of the kit.


+ Can I transfer my entry if I can't take part anymore?

Transferring an enrty is easy but must be done 7 days prior to an event. You can either do transfer directly through SiEntries or you can contact us directly and we can change it for you.


+ Can I get a refund if I can no longer take place?

Unfortunately we can't offer any refunds but we have a lot of other options! To see how we can help you read to our Refunds and Transfer Policy.


+ When do I get my results?

Results are emailed out to you within 24 hours after the event finishes and are usually available on the website within 48 hours. They'll also be shared on our Facebook page within 24 hours.


+ Where do I find the GPX files?

The GPX files are all found at the bottom of each events page.


+ Can I volunteer at your events?

We would LOVE to have you! Our growing team of volunteers have become some of our best friends. To say thank you for helping us on the day, you get a free entry to another one of our events. Head to our Volunteers page for more information.


+ When do I get my final event email?

You final event email will be sent out to you about a week before the event. Make sure you read it ALL. If there are any changes to the event then they will be in this email.
